By using the Au2rides app or our website (au2rides.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is operated by Au2rides (Arabic legal name: أوتورايدز لتحليل البيانات), referred to herein as "the Company", "we", "us".

2. Description of Service

The Au2rides app provides a personal vehicle management platform including:

• Tracking maintenance, fuel, and expense records.
• Setting vehicle reminders and notifications.
• Locating nearby workshops and service centers.
• Managing a comprehensive vehicle profile.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Collect other users' data without their consent.
• Disrupt the app, its servers, or connected networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Au2rides (أوتورايدز لتحليل البيانات) and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Au2rides (أوتورايدز لتحليل البيانات) is not liable for:

• Any service failures or interruptions.
• Losses arising from reliance on information in the app.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Au2rides (أوتورايدز لتحليل البيانات) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the alleged incident, or US $100, whichever is greater.

8. Third-Party Links

The app or website may contain links to external sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
